Ingredients

Pecan Topping

  • 2 cups Pecans
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Nice Cream

  • 6 med Bananas
  • 1 tin conconut milk
  • 1 tin pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg
  • ¼ cup blue agave
  • ½ cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Add coconut oil to medium heat in skillet. Add Pecans and brown sugar. Sautee until changes color slightly and becomes aeromatic.
  • Add all nice cream ingredients to high powered blender. Blend on high for 1 minute.
  • Top nice cream with candied pecans and coconut flakes. Enjoy.
