Pecan Topping
- 2 cups Pecans
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup brown sugar
Nice Cream
- 6 med Bananas
- 1 tin conconut milk
- 1 tin pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp nutmeg
- ¼ cup blue agave
- ½ cup coconut flakes
Add coconut oil to medium heat in skillet. Add Pecans and brown sugar. Sautee until changes color slightly and becomes aeromatic.
Add all nice cream ingredients to high powered blender. Blend on high for 1 minute.
Top nice cream with candied pecans and coconut flakes. Enjoy.
