Pumpkin Nice Cream

Ingredients
Pecan Topping
- 2 cups Pecans
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup brown sugar
Nice Cream
- 6 med Bananas
- 1 tin conconut milk
- 1 tin pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp nutmeg
- ¼ cup blue agave
- ½ cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- Add coconut oil to medium heat in skillet. Add Pecans and brown sugar. Sautee until changes color slightly and becomes aeromatic.
- Add all nice cream ingredients to high powered blender. Blend on high for 1 minute.
- Top nice cream with candied pecans and coconut flakes. Enjoy.
