Vegan Candied Pecans

- 2 cups pecans
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup brown sugar
Heat coconut oil and brown sugar on low heat in skillet
Add pecans and fully coat with sugar coconut oil syrup. Heat until sauce begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and pour onto parchment lined baking sheet. Break up any large clumps.
