slice sweet potatoes
toss sweet potatoes and rosemary in olive oil
Bake sweet potato at 400°F until tender
halve cherry tomatoes.
Create hummus avocado spread by mixing chickpeas with oil and garlic and blending in high powered blender for one minute. Add in tahini. Blend again for 1 minute. Add avocado. Blend for 1 minute. Add water until creamy consistency.
